These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between MOZKAN (“we”, “us”) and you for the use of the Mister Money game (the “Game”). By using the Game you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple standard EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.
The Game
Mister Money is a free-to-play counting game. The money, gold, gems and helpers in the Game are virtual items for entertainment only. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value, and cannot be transferred between players. The Game contains no real-money gambling; random rewards such as gifts and money bags are free and cannot be bought.
In-app purchases
You can buy gems, a one-time Deluxe Wealth Boost and helper boxes. These are consumable purchases: they are added to your in-game wallet once and are used up as you spend them. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Your purchases are recorded in your iCloud account so they are restored on your other devices and after a reinstall, as long as you use the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled.
Changes to the Game
We may change rewards, prices in virtual currency, levels and features in future versions to keep the Game balanced and fun. Virtual items you already own stay in your wallet.
Fair play
Don’t use modified versions of the Game, exploits or automated tools to gain virtual items or leaderboard positions. We may reset leaderboard entries that are clearly the result of cheating.
Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of game progress, arising from the use of the Game.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Game means you accept them.
