Common questions

How do I count a stack?
Tap START, then swipe each banknote down to move it to the counted pile (swipe up to take it back). Add the bills up in your head, tap the check mark and enter the total. Count it right and the whole stack is yours.
What happens if I count wrong?
Mister Money keeps a small cut of the stack: a quarter, or a tenth if you were just one bill off. In the first levels there’s no cut at all. If you had a streak going, you can keep it for a few gems.
What is Zen mode?
The leaf button next to COUNT. There’s no clock and nothing to lose: just flip bills, watch the cash counter climb and relax. You earn a little gold for every 20 bills, up to 50 gold a day.
What are lucky golden bills?
Some bills in a stack shine gold. When you flip one, coins burst out; the gold is paid when you count the stack correctly.
Will I lose my progress or purchases if I change phones?
No. Your progress and every purchase are saved in your iCloud account. Sign in with the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled and open the game: your wallet comes back, including purchases made on another device.
A purchase didn’t arrive.
Purchases are added as soon as the App Store confirms them; if a purchase is waiting for approval (Ask to Buy) it’s added after approval. Keep the game open for a moment with an internet connection. If it still doesn’t appear, write to us with the date of the purchase.
When are the daily stacks ready again?
Each daily stack can be counted once every 24 hours after you start it. If notifications are allowed, Mister Money reminds you when it’s ready.

Reporting a problem?

Include your device model, iOS version and the game version (shown at the bottom of the game’s Settings). A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
